October 16th 2017---The Day Lindsay Graham Defeated Himself, and His Party

The Democrat’s campaign coffers are as empty as their morally bankrupt Hollywood promoters---few are contributing, more are hiding under their rocks in total shame.  But, let me get back to this in a moment.

Has anyone noticed that many of Trump’s executive orders are specifically designed to put the onus/responsibility to take action on his feckless Congress?  Think about it, when Donald Trump began to see “the writing on the wall” [that his own legislative party would not join together in total unity to pass his agenda], the businessman-turned-politician began making the only executive decisions within the scope of his powers, many of which requires the legislative branch to either take action, or take the blame for inaction.

While our friend Bizchuck, (from the Sparta Report) will say: “We need to support these legislators, the Republican Party, and its leadership---or the Demclowns will take our power away”, ---a partially factual statement---I would submit his unfettered devotion, (to the Party over Mr. Trump and the campaign promises that got him elected), may be admirable, but misguided.  If Bizchuck is so fearful that “we” could lose everything---by not supporting the leadership---perhaps he should start by admonishing this Senate “leader”, who‘s basically framed what LOSERS WILL LOOK LIKE, when they do nothing:

Lindsey Graham on "Face the Nation," Oct. 15, 2017

JOHN DICKERSON: The president's put a lot on Congress' plate. There's the question of the dreamers, there's now this health care, there's Iran, you've got to get a budget passed in order to set up tax reform. Are you going to get tax reform done?

SENATOR LINDSEY GRAHAM: Yeah, if we don't, we're dead. You're going to ask me about Bannon, so I'll just go and ask myself.

JOHN DICKERSON: Steve Bannon, the president's former advisor.

SENATOR LINDSEY GRAHAM: Yea so what's going on? It's a symptom of a greater problem. If we don't cut taxes and we don't eventually repeal and replace Obamacare, then we're going to lose across the board in the House in 2018. And all of my colleagues running in primaries in 2018 will probably get beat. It will be the end of Mitch McConnell as we know it. So this is a symptom of a greater problem. If we do cut taxes and we do repeal and replace Obamacare, it doesn't matter what Bannon do because we'll win.

JOHN DICKERSON: But Steve Bannon has said that Republicans should go to war against Mitch McConnell. That all y'all should get rid of him and that that should be the Republican rallying cry.

SENATOR LINDSEY GRAHAM: Mitch McConnell's not our problem. Our problem is that we promised to repeal and replace Obamacare, and we failed. We promised to cut taxes and we have yet to do it. If we're successful, Mitch McConnell's fine. If we're not, we're all in trouble. We lose our majority and I think President Trump will not get reelected.

JOHN DICKERSON: Is Steve Bannon a big problem or a little problem in trying to get anything done? He's saying everything you're doing is going against the cause.

SENATOR LINDSEY GRAHAM: He's a symptom of a problem. Bannon can't beat us if we're successful. And if we're not successful, it doesn't matter who tries to beat us, they'll be successful.

(all emphasis/bolds are mine)

By these statements, Lindsey Graham has already framed what a "defeatist" looks like, by not only pointing out his own Party's failures to move Trump's agenda, but, Graham's claim that President Trump will also lose his battle to win a second term---because of the failures of this Congress and its Leadership---is pure unadulterated bullshit!

Graham's "Trump will go down with the ship" attitude slaps every Trump supporter squarely across their face.  Those of us who marched to the polls last November and installed our leader are not even on the same vessel as these feckless and worthless "Republicans" in name only.

When YOUR SHIP sinks, Mr. Graham, you, McConnell, McCain, Flake, and the rest of the slithering snakes in Washington---who have chosen to not support THE PEOPLE'S CHOICE---Donald Trump will not go down with you, and your loser friends.

Graham is right about one thing---their, [his party's], own campaign promises are not coming to fruition by their own hands---and time is running out---which brings me back to the state of the Democrats:

The Democratic Party is in total shambles both morally and financially.  They have no platform, old leadership, and are on the losing side of cultural, economic, and national security debates.  By most polling, Democrats are set up to lose their slim minority in the Senate with Republicans gaining another 6-8 seats.  And, contrary to the Media's---and the pollster's over-weighted rhetoric---Republicans should maintain the House.

Rarely, in the history of the Republican Party, has there been the ability to literally set the Democrats on their heels long enough to move this nation back to the right, where it belongs, and for a good deal of time.

If the status quo Establishment Lindsay Graham's, the McConnell's, and others, aren't around to play a part in this monumental change, so be it.  The Voters are not blind---they clearly see the purposely crafted foot dragging of these old guard parasites, perilously clinging and yearning to return to their days of a structurally deficient hierarchy.  For this reason, they will lose, each of them, individually, and deservedly.

President Trump will wave goodbye, thank them for their service, and move on with the People's Business, the priority these establishment vermin forgot.  We will miss them---like a stale beer, a "what happened" novel, a Hollywood-style lecture on morality, or a Jimmy Kimmel monologue---as they drown in their own defecated epilogues.

Meanwhile, Mitch McConnell and Lindsay Graham will star in the next Hollywood production of "What Happened ll".
