Democrats’ Greatest Fear About to Become Reality

The rumors of Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy’s possible retirement from the bench had been talked about for months.  Now, it’s reached a fever pitch when it was reported at the Washington Examiner that the date for Kennedy’s Staffer Reunion was moved up---by a whole year:  

“Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy and his clerks moved up a long-planned reunion event for his staffers by a year, sparking rumors that the 30-year veteran of the high court was contemplating retirement. Should Kennedy step down, it would remove one of the Supreme Court's key swing votes and give President Trump the opportunity to give it a durable conservative majority.”

Ruth Marcus at the Washington Post fears Kennedy’s departure would be “terrifying” and unleash an “Armageddon”. 

“The end of the Supreme Court term looms, and with it the prospect — the terrifying prospect — of a retirement. Specifically, the retirement of Justice Anthony M. Kennedy, who will turn 81 next month and is the longest-serving current justice, named to the high court almost 30 years ago.

So if Kennedy is inclined to retire, it is hard to begrudge him that choice. But his departure would be terrible for the court and terrible for the country. It could not come at a worse time. Any court vacancy these days, under a president of either party, triggers a battle between liberal and conservative forces. Kennedy’s retirement would unleash nomination Armageddon, given the feral political environment and the pivotal role he plays on the closely divided court.”  (link)

Nominated by President Ronald Reagan on November 11, 1987 and taking his oath of office in February of ‘88, Kennedy was thought to be a solid conservative choice, yet over the years he became known as the “swing-voter”, far too often voting with the Liberal Justices on key rulings.  If Kennedy does indeed retire after this current session ends, Marcus, (and the Democrat’s) worst fear will be realized.

The Media and the Pundits seem to be pushing for “big fight” to thwart the inevitable, but since the Dems helped to put an end to the filibuster question with Gorsuch’s nomination, all they can do is make noise to their base.

And, if this isn't bad enough for the Democrats, Breyer and Ginsburg may not be far behind. 

Why Democrats Lose, and, Will Continue to Lose

Two days after the Democrats suffered defeat in the heavily-invested Georgia-6 race, the talk from the beltway is one of self-reflection and evaluation.  The Democrats have yet to realize their “we aren’t Trump” campaign isn’t resonating with the voters.

The Hollywood left and the New York liberal elites thought they could buy an election in the deep south with their “high-school president” candidate, and once again, the pollsters and the liberal media told their constituents “this one was in the bag”, (I’m talking to YOU Nate Silver).

With the non-stop revolting reaction of Trump defeating Clinton---from the phony Russian investigations, to the rioting in the cities, to the Bernie Sanders nutcase attack/attempted murder of Republicans, to the violent rhetoric, (see Griffin, Shakespeare in the Park)---the American Voters, even the timid moderate Democrats, wants nothing to do with this ugly side of the left.

Democrat Leaders, and their complicit anti-Trump opposition media have pounded the tactics of obstruction and accusations, supplying false/unsourced stories even the non-political junkies are literally laughing at.

To make matters worse, (for Democrats), the 5-0 special election victories, (that have devastated the Left’s long awaited narrative that any victory, [by Democrats], is a referendum on Donald Trump and his agenda), puts the entire party in dire straights when looking ahead to the 2018 Congressional races.  Republicans, (if they have any intelligence), should have a plethora of material---supplied by the vile left---to produce advertising that should decimate almost any Democrat in any “unsafe” or a contested district.

Last night, our President addressed the people of Iowa, (and by extension most of the country), with an optimistic/positive rally calling for a unifying direction, while touting his agenda of tax reform, gutting and replacing O’Care, and building our nation’s infrastructure---ALL JOB-PRODUCING VENTURES.

His emphasis last night was also on protecting this nation, our men and women in blue, and our armed forces who’ve put their lives on the line for all of us.

And what does Trump do at the end? He thanks all of us, THE PEOPLE, for giving him the opportunity to make the country great again, saying: “WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER”

"THE RUSSIANS AREN'T COMING!, THE RUSSIANS AREN'T COMING!

For over seven months, the Russians have been coming.  Today, only one fact is certain, the Russians, (figuratively), climbed inside the Democrat's heads, and they got a ton of help from our own American Media, or, more specifically, the Liberal Progressive anti-Trump Opposition Media.

Already fully armed with the half-baked theory that the Russians had infiltrated the 2016 U.S. Election process, on November 9th, (the morning after Donald J. Trump had handily defeated Hillary Rodham Clinton), the devastated Democrats and their complicit media began their attempted coup d'é·tat, aka, the removal of a sitting President and, his acting government.

What has transpired over the past seven months, (from Nov. 9th to present), has become a national historical embarrassment never before witnessed in a Democratic Republic---where the ultimate power rests in its citizens, equally entitled to vote and elect their representative government---where a duly-elected President's rights of his office is being challenged, no, threatened by outside forces to nefariously and illegally overthrow/overturn the will of an electorate.

But, let me digress........

The Democrats and their complicit Media are playing a dangerous and dirty game---and the people know it.  The Russians are not our greatest danger to our Democratic Republic---the real danger is within our own Establishment who have yet to accept the results of a legitimate election.  Whether they like it or not, Donald Trump is moving forward with his agenda as the President of the United States.  Big things, and big changes are coming ahead for a great Nation and this great leadership.

What's not coming.........is the Russians.

A SERIOUS LOOK AT THE UNHINGED LEFT AND AN OUT OF CONTROL PARTY.

A few things stood out substantially after the near massacre of Republicans at the park, preparing for a charity baseball game.

On this day, (June 14th, 2017), the Liberal Media, (and many Democrats), obfuscated from their responsibilities to recognize a serious illness of the extreme left, who have abandoned the reality of human decency, or the respect for human life during the course of political debate.  

From Madonna-let’s blow up the White House, to Kathy Griffin’s Trump beheading, to the New York Times’-approved Shakespeare in the Park depicting the murder of our president, the violent left has crossed the boundaries of a civilized society, while becoming a third world oligarchy, absent of a moral conscience.

While we realize this nation is deeply divided ideologically, the rhetoric from the left has escalated beyond the civil boundaries of political discourse, to a point of actually acting out their disagreements by employing physical violence.

The ultra violent left is perilously devolving into a quasi-terrorist organization with the sole purpose of changing ideologies with the brutality witnessed in third-world countries where bloodshed is the norm.  

The Liberal Media will tell you this issue is about mental illness and the availability of guns, completely void of the level of hatred from the left, condoned by the Media, the arts, and the far left wing of the liberal progressive party, still unable to accept the results of a Presidential Election.

Much like the calling for moderate Muslims to speak up and out against the radical sector of Islamist, (who teach and preach the extermination of any society that does not adhere to their literal interpretations), moderate Democrats---and their complicit Liberal Media---MUST do a reality-check, and self-examination on their own radical wing of their party.

Political ideological discourse is expected in today’s atmosphere, but it must be met with civil debate and/or agreements to disagree.  But, a civilized society must not condone any form of violence in the course of these debates. These actions of the far left radical progressives must not be tolerated or condoned in any form, and it IS the responsibility of the Democratic Party to condemn these actions with impunity.  Making up excuses about the mentally ill, or gun control is a cowardly disingenuous choice in resolving the left’s unstable and unhinged radical wing bent on hatred to the point of violence.

Please, don’t insult us with this disdainful and despicable tactic. 

Reckless Democrats Jeopardizing 2018 Election Cycle and Beyond

In what's becoming more apparent every day, the Democratic Party is digging themselves a hole on their 2018 Election outcomes and the chances of enhancing their representative numbers---from slim to none. 

Since the day Donald J. Trump defeated Hillary Clinton in the 2016 Election, the party with no message has piled their political chips into a single ill-fated hand, and, after numerous months of investigations and testimony, they're beginning to look downright silly.

Case in point, was Senate Democrats yesterday interrogating the current Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, who purposely agreed to testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee---in an open public hearing---to clear up his impeccable name and reputation as a straight-shooting honest public servant. In his opening statement, Sessions left no doubt he was appalled at the, [Comey-induced], suggestion that he participated/colluded with Russian officials to help Trump get elected.

"I was your colleague in this body for 20 years, and the suggestion that I participated in any collusion or that I was aware of any collusion with the Russian government to hurt this country, which I have served with honor for over 35 years, or to undermine the integrity of our democratic process, is an appalling and detestable lie."  

(For the record, the left-wing anti-Trump website Politico chose to edit out Sessions' preface of his tenure with his "fellow Senators")

But this didn't stop Senate Democrats, (who were prepared to question Sessions' integrity as Trump's AG), as each Democrat took their turn impugning his testimony.  The only thing Democrats were interested in, was how and why Sessions made the decision to participate in Comey's firing, and, why the AG was "stonewalling" by not revealing privileged conversations with the President.

In the process, Senate Democrats made total asses of themselves.  Starting with Vice Chairman Angus King,(Maine), and followed by Ron Wyden,(Ore.), Martin Heinrich (N.M.), Kamala Harris (Calif.), these politicians DID NOT GIVE A DAMN about Russian interference in the election.  They were more concerned about Comey's private one on one meetings with Trump, (before the FBI Director was fired), and the conversations Sessions would not reveal to the panel.

And to be perfectly clear, neither Democrats nor the Liberal Lamestream Media appear to understand the concept of privileged conversations with a President. Or, even though they do understand it, they're preference is to belligerently ignore it.

To put an "exclamation" on the this hilarious investigation---a bogus accusation in search of a crime---Senator Tom Cotton put the Democrats in their much deserved place with his time questioning Mr. Sessions:



“Do you like Jason Bourne or James Bond movies?” Cotton asked Sessions during the Senate hearing Tuesday. “Have you ever in any of these fantastical situations heard of a plot line so ridiculous that a sitting United States senator and ambassador of a foreign government colluded at an open setting with hundreds of other people to pull off the greatest caper in the history of espionage?”

Tom Cotton's opening question/statement, (that revealed the Senate Democrat's intentions), succinctly points out the dilemma the Democrats have placed themselves in, in their line of questioning; the omission of questions pertaining to this investigation---namely, did Donald Trump, Jeff Sessions, or any of his campaign surrogates collude with Russian officials to effect the outcome of a Presidential Election?

After seven months of intelligence investigations, (including the Obama-directed FBI investigation), Senate and House committee hearings, one thing is becoming crystal clear---there has been NO EVIDENCE produced by these bodies of any collusion, obstruction, or a cover-up on the part of the Trump Administration, NONE, ZERO, ZILCH, NADA---END OF STORY.  Or, at least it should be.

The Democrats have ridden this dog-hunt and their horses into the ground.  As this next election cycle rolls around, it will be the Democrats who will have to defend their actions and false accusations to the voting public, and their outright obstruction in participating in their elected duties to produce legislation for their electorate.  When Democrats return to their districts during the summer recess, telling their constituents, "we found no evidence of collusion, but we did attack the President and his Attorney General while making complete asses of ourselves---aren't you proud of us?"  Oh, "and can you vote for us, since we've done nothing to enhance your life?"

These delusional Democrats and their complicit Liberal Media are still thinking they can remove a sitting, duly elected President, while wasting all of their political capital on a scurrilous, contemptible, and un-provable witch-hunt, never witnessed in the annals of American Politics.

At this pace, the Democrats will be like lambs to a slaughter-house next year, shellacked, schlonged, skewered, and ready for the dinner table.  Please chew slowly. 

TRUMP VS. THE DEMOCRATS---IT'S ALMOST NOT FAIR

The Mainstream Liberal Media is frightened to death that Trump might fire Bob Mueller.  Given Comey’s testimony, (and the confirmations that 1), Trump has never been under investigation, [of this Media-generated Russian Collusion joke], and 2), all testimony from both Comey and intel officials that NO ONE HAS INTERFERRED OR OBSTRUCTED these investigations), the question must be asked: Why Meuller and his team of attack dogs?

The biased statement that oozed out of Comey’s face, claiming his sole purpose for leaking his memos was to force the appointment of a special counsel, reeks of retribution and vengeance, not the resolve to expose the truth.

Seven plus months of investigations, and Comey had zero evidence of collusion.  In every Presidential transition, the incoming team immediately begins contacting and developing relationships with foreign governments. Under the guise of the “Russian Election Interference”, Democrats and their complicit media have latched onto a phony conspiracy theory that EVERY CONTACT by Trump’s people as some kind of collusion/plot vs. a legitimate election victory. General Flynn had contacts with Russians---big frikken deal!

There is NO COLLUSION.  There is NO OBSTRUCTION.  The people know it, Comey knew it, hell, even the Democrats and the Media knows it, yet, they took a weak hand and ran with it, thinking they could snare Trump in a cover-up---which never transpired.

The Liberal Media was visibly shakened and sickened yesterday to see Trump’s cabinet members praising OUR PRESIDENT for putting a coalition together that are united in transforming a seriously flawed central government, ending the “business as usual” mentality of the D.C. Establishment, and confirming his mission to return the ultimate power back to the states, and the people. 

The D.C. Establishment, the Democrats, and their complicit media have gone “all-in” with a pair of deuces, while the President is holding a full-house. He’s known all along they’ve been huffing, puffing, and bluffing, and, like the shrewd poker-player, he’s strung the hand out to capture the huge pot of chips, snaring his adversaries and political enemies in a game they thought was “fixed” in their favor.  

The Fake News Media has never been so wrong or so dirty. Purposely incorrect stories and phony sources to meet their agenda of hate. Sad!

The Democrats played dirty.  The Media played dirty. Together, they've plotted to overthrow a sitting and duly-elected President employing every dirty trick in their book---and they still lost.......again.

It's almost not fair.  

A TALE OF TWO POLLS---A CLEAR CONFLICT OF INTEREST

Gallup vs. Pew

The Washington Examiner has a story out suggesting Democrats are “poised for huge election wins” based on Party Affiliation.  Of course the Examiner bases their story on a recent Gallup Poll showing---ready for this---a four-point drop in overall Republican Party affiliation, since December 16th.  Of course, Gallup only polls Republicans and Democrats, leaving out unaffiliated independents who voted for Trump.  In the poll, Gallup does point out the Democrats “affiliation” has not grown, only that Republicans have dropped. 

Given the plethora of the Mainstream Media’s all out assault on the President, and the non-stop drumbeat of the Fake Trump/Russian/Collusion bullshit, it’s no wonder Gallup found their desired narrative, or that the Examiner regurgitated it.

But, take heart.  Justin Haskins at the Blaze reported a Pew Research Poll that completely conflicts with Gallup’s “summation”:

“A new study produced by the Pew Research Center has found that from December 2015 to March 2017, voters in a key voting demographic were more likely to remain loyal to the Republican Party than people who identified as Democrats were.

Only 72 percent of Democrats in the same demographic continuously remained tied to that party. According to the study, 10 percent of Democrats aged 50-64 stopped identifying as part of the Democratic Party at some point but returned, while 14 percent switched to the Republican Party and did not return. The results showed nearly identical results for Democrats and Republicans in the 30-49 demographic and the 65 and older demographic.”

So, there you have it---two polls, two different narratives/perspectives.  It’s not really difficult to admit Trump’s numbers have fallen since his victory---4-6 points, depending on who’s polling---nor is it difficult to understand who’s driving his numbers down.  The GOP-E (ESTABLISHMENT REPUBLICANS) are frightened to death to hitch their wagons to the President, his agenda, or his policies, and most of us know they’re directly responsible for hindering the progress, specifically, the "do nothing" Republican-controlled U.S. Senate.  

Yes, I'm talking to you, Mitch!  You and your directionless "leadership" are becoming a joke.  And, the people are not blind to your feckless leadership and cowardly resolve to NOT PASS LEGISLATION.

And, make no mistake, the Ryan-controlled House is just as complicit as the Senate in not moving Trump's---AND THE PEOPLE'S---agenda forward.

It's bad enough that we, THE PEOPLE, have to put up with the Liberal Media's, and the Democrat's daily assaults on our President---that was expected.  But, for Republicans and Conservatives to watch their own representatives turn their backs on Mr. Trump is reprehensible.  

I'd wager if faithful Donald Trump supporters were polled with the simple question: "How do you feel your Party is doing in accomplishing the goals and agenda of President Trump's campaign promises?", the overwhelming result would be "severely disappointed".

In the “no evidence” department:

Susan Rice: There’s no evidence that Trump’s travel ban will keep Americans safe.  (Seriously Susan?  You mean like the “no evidence” of a terrorist attack in Benghazi?  Are we supposed to wait until there is evidence that a JV team made it to our soil?  BTW, I’m waiting for the liberals to have a “hug a terrorist” week, after all, all they need is love.

Edit: To be fair, Susan Rice’s statement was “a Muslim ban will not make the U.S. safer”, which again is the liberal’s way of twisting narratives to suit their purpose*.  No where in Trump’s second EO is the word Muslim, yet the media and Democrats hammer the “Muslim Ban” as if it’s written in the Ten Commandments.

* Case in point, since Mr. Trump’s removal of this nation’s obligation to the Paris Climate Accord, the bullshit media has been endlessly promoting the idea that Trump, (and Republicans), think “Climate Change” is a hoax.  Yet the cowardly media WON’T even go near the actual debate/argument about AGW, ie man-made impact on the globe, obviously, because they know their “data” is seriously flawed. 

In the Sensitivity Training department:

And, talk about “sensitive”, have the Brits released the names of the terrorist----YET?  Or, could they be of some sort of Muslim decent?

In the “show me some dirt” department:

“Do you have something damaging on our president?” Ms. Kelly asked the Russian leader, who listened to a translator through an earpiece.

“This is just another load of nonsense. Where would we get this information from? Why, did we have some special relationship with him? We didn’t have any relationship at all. There was a time when he used to come to Moscow. But you know, I never met with him,” Mr. Putin replied.

“We have alot of Americans who visit us. Right now, I think we have representatives from a hundred American companies that have come to Russia. Do you think we’re gathering compromising information on all of them right now or something? Have you all lost your senses over there?” Mr. Putin asked.

(At this point, Kelly could have said: “Well, yes, Mr. Putin, as a matter of fact, we’ve, [the liberal media] have indeed lost all of our senses since November 8th” or, “My hatred for the President runs deep Vladdy, but that’s another story, what I want from you now is some solid dirt”)

As the Warriors went up 2-0 in the NBA Finals thumping the Cavs 132-113.  Also mentioned: KD going to the Warriors diminishes his first “possible” Championship Ring---by joining an already power-house team---a credible argument, but does anyone think Durant cares?
